1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by ZLD Ltd. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. ZLD Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Scope of Services
ZLD Ltd provides building renovation, maintenance, and related services, including but not limited to electricity, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, parking, access road maintenance, remodeling, and new construction. Specific terms for individual services may be provided upon request or contract agreement.
3. Service Agreements
Clients must provide clear and accurate details about the service required.
A formal agreement or invoice may be issued for extensive projects, detailing the scope, cost, and timeline.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as agreed upon in the service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may attract additional charges or result in a suspension of services.
ZLD Ltd accepts payments via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the premises and provide necessary permissions for ZLD Ltd employees to carry out the work.
Clients must communicate any specific requirements or concerns before the service begins.
ZLD Ltd is not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to client-provided obstacles or lack of information.
6. Warranties and Liabilities
ZLD Ltd guarantees the quality of its services but does not provide warranties for issues beyond its control, such as wear and tear or misuse.
ZLD Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Health and Safety
ZLD Ltd adheres to strict health and safety standards. Clients are responsible for ensuring the working environment is safe for our employees.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Confidentiality
ZLD Ltd respects client confidentiality and ensures that all personal or project information is handled securely.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, ZLD Ltd encourages amicable resolution. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to a legal body under the jurisdiction of Rwanda.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.
